Spectrum Document Imaging software addresses a painful construction accounting problem: the workflow nightmare of handling a single paper document multiple times. Document Imaging allows contractors to scan documents—invoices, time cards, changes orders, and more—and automatically attach them to Spectrum transactions. The ability to attach documents to master files and create user-defined filing cabinets extends Document Imaging capability to virtually all other document types. Information, automatically indexed and stored electronically in Spectrum, is available for instant retrieval and usage.

Human Resources offers true flexibility so contactors can tailor employee record keeping to fit their unique needs and remain in compliance. Track employment history, status changes such as pay rates or tax changes, 401K administration and eligibility, health benefit eligibility, and much more.
User-defined functions include the Data Fields; Events such as accidents or drug tests; Forms such as employment applications, accident reports, and salary reviews; and Software Triggers that automate alerts, notifications, and other processes. In combination, these features allow contractors to create customized date-by-date documentation on their employees in a single, easy-to-access database.
Human Resources is fully integrated with Spectrum’s Document Imaging capability. Using Document Imaging, HR-related documents, including L&I reports, photographs, annual reviews and more, are stored electronically in Spectrum and are automatically indexed for instant retrieval and usage.
