Batch Process Production Entry

The Batch Process Production Entry software add-on for Sage MAS 500 will give your batch manufacturing environment all the industry specific features you need to operate your company efficiently and effectively. Whether you need to manage food processing, repetitive manufacturing or lean manufacturing the Batch Process Production Entry has the features you need. For food processors the system has the ability to issue multiple ingredients or materials to a production order at one time; allowing mixed-mode manufacturers to issue dozens of ingredients to production for mixing, blending, or other operations. Repetitive Manufacturers can use the system to create a work order for a repetitive production task in a given time period. This Work Order will continue to be report production for the finished good item throughout that time period. Meaning you can set a work order to produce a set number of units a day for any time span you desire. Some of the additional features of the system include:

• Report Printing - You can print or view a record of all the transactions made from batch process production entry.
• Hide Columns - Select which columns or fields you want to display in the detail grid when entering transactions.
• Lot/Serial/Bin Integration - You can click a button built into the detail grid to select and distribute lot, serial, and bin quantities for each transaction.
• Multiple Parts Produced - Any item listed on the parts produced tab for a work order can have material and/or labor reported against it.
