Production management gives you the ability to plan what you need to grow and drive meeting that plan using a simple excel like interface for the entire process.
First plan what you want to have sellable by when by setting quantities and ready dates you want that product ready to sell. This can all be done by studying sales history and lost sales. (SBI captures what you could have sold if you had it too!)
Once the planning process is complete the user then fills in the recipe section where the start method, start size, time to grow for each phase and loss percentage per phase is filled in. This drives when it all must start.
Another section is the purchasing section which gives user the ability to manage purchasing of needed liners, seeds, RC or URC for the recipe that has been laid out. A bill of materials can also be filled out that links with buyers module for complete purchase management for your production plan.
The final step is to start executing the actual plan in the actual plan section. Here the user can query by current step: SEED, URC, RC or TRANSPLANT. The user can select due week and see all that is due that week.
