Also view previous sales history and margin of that product. After generating the shopping list then efficiently broadcast fax and email price and availability requests from vendors who had it in the past. System shows all purchase history from vendors in the past so you can make quick decisions on who to try first. As you get confirmation on pricing and availability generate PO’s and whittle away that shopping list as you generate PO’s by vendor. Nothing is more efficient for managing purchasing.
