Smart Register will completely interface with your already existing General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Purchase Order systems. This will ensure that all the information keyed in at the register results in the automatic updating of all applicable accounting systems. This transferring of data, and updating of applicable accounts will occur at the end of every business day.
Additionally, Master Register will track your customers' credit limits; immediatley and automatically alerting your sales staff when they are on that customer's screen. Furthermore, customer's screens will automatically display the current balance owed as well as the aging of customer accounts.
