BidPilot was created to meet the project estimating and bidding demands of small to medium-sized construction companies that do not have an in-house bidding and estimating department. BidPilot Estimating System Version 2.0 Contains all necessary features required for setting up and bidding on jobs including: Labor, Equipment, Material, Subcontract, Add-ons, Crews, Mark-ups, Tasks, Summary Sheet, etc. Every project created will have it's own set of rates which can be changed without affecting other projects.

Version 2.0 also contains a costing module that links tasks, material, subcontracts and add-ons to bid items, producing cost per bid item allowing user to adjust the markup per bid item. An additional feature has been included in this version to allow a project to be copied and saved as another project.
