Safbooks is a web-based solution for tracking school activities and thier costs; and in turn the required reporting that accompanies such activities. Safbooks allows for information downloads to Microsoft Excel or the creation of PDF formatted files, for use outside the web-based interface. Safbooks performs many functions needed by schools including: expense voucher entry, check writing, depsit entry, bank reconciliation, transaction entry and journal vouchers. In addition safbooks is capable of producing several reports:
