STEEL PLUS/06 is an integrated order entry, inventory control, and accounting system designed exclusively for metal service centers. STEEL PLUS is now used by nearly 300 metal service centers and distributors throughout North America.
STEEL PLUS/06 is designed to platform independent. It will perform well in Windows, Novell, UNIX, or Linux environments.
STEEL PLUS/06 is a completely new version of our original product STEEL PLUS. This new version has cleaner screens, new functions, and many new specialized features. In addition to handling almost all types of metal service centers and distributors, STEEL PLUS/06 was also designed to handle the specific needs of COIL PROCESSORS and TOLL PROCESSORS. These new features include specialized coil slitting, cut-to-length, and flat-production work-order programs. In order to handle the needs of toll processors, STEEL PLUS/06 also handles customer owned inventory in addition to any inventory that is owned by the toll processor.

Supported Platforms
STEEL PLUS/06 is available for Windows NT Server, Windows 2000 Server, Windows Server 2003, and Novell Netware local area networks (LANs). STEEL PLUS/06 is also available for the for the Red Hat Linux operating system and most UNIX computer systems including Unisys, Hewlett-Packard, SCO Unix, SCO OpenServer V, etc. STEEL PLUS/06 is also available for smaller peer-to-peer networks such as Windows XP Professional. When used in a LAN environment, STEEL PLUS/06 is a true 32-bit application. At the workstation level, STEEL PLUS/06 can run under Windows NT Workstation, Windows 2000 Professional, and Windows XP Professional.
