State Unemployment Tax Upload allows you to export your Florida, Kentucky, Ohio, Texas, or Georgia State Unemployment tax information directly from Dynamics SL (formerly Solomon IV).

Put your information to work
A data file is created in the Government’s Standard MMREF (Magnetic Media Reporting and Electronic Filing) format for uploading to the States over the Internet. This utility works directly with Dynamics SL’s Unemployment Tax Report Screen.

Filing Made Easy
The State Unemployment Tax Upload Utility makes it easy to file your Quarterly Unemployment Tax Report. In the States of Florida, Kentucky, Ohio, Texas, and Georgia you are required to file the State Unemployment Tax Report electronically if you:

• Employed 10 or more employees in any quarter during the most recent fiscal year (July to June).
• Prepared and filed unemployment tax for 5 or more employers during the most recent state fiscal year (July to June).
• Operate in more than one county and file consolidated returns.

After you are enrolled in the E-Services program with the States, you can use the State Unemployment Tax Upload utility to generate the MMREF file and transmit it to the State.
