We specialize in small to medium sized brokerage or Mfg Rep companies from 1 to 32 users.

We have 2 versions of software for brokers and/or Mfg Reps.

The first, “brokerManager 1 “ is geared towards the smaller operation that brokers or reps products from manufacturers or master distributors.

This is a basic sales/commission tracking tool which allows for the entry of a Sales Order from one of your customers with the automatic generation of a Purchase Order to your supplier, all while tracking your commission.

The supplier drop ships to your customer and advises you when payment is received. The system then allows for the reconciliation of your commission against the sale. The second version - “brokerManager 2” is aimed at the organization who both distributes some products while brokering others.

With this version we allow for full distribution/inventory/purchasing/accounting capabilities with the option to flag an order as a ‘brokered’ event. In this case, the system immediately generates a Purchase Order to your supplier, and records the receivable as the commission portion of the sale – with full tracking and reconciliation capabilities, while not effecting inventory for this transaction.
