Service Dispatch and History
The working hub of S2000, this module includes our famous DBoard dispatch tool that allows dispatdchers to handle almost all service call dispatching functions from one graphical view. DBoard makes it effortless to look up a customer, take a service call, schedule and dispatch the call by dragging and dropping with automatic time-stamps.
DBoard also allows the service manager to:
- Check technical skill levels
- Add multiple techs to a call
- Show technician loads and priorities
- Access all customer,work order and customer equipment history
- Keep extensive notes by customer, work order, and equipment
