The International Tax Navigator™determines appropriate taxes and tax rates, provides case-by-case analyses of tax treaty benefits and limitations and provides the completed withholding certificates and reporting forms. Information can be exported to and from existing payroll and other processing systems. Windstar has strategic alliances with Oracle, PeopleSoft and SCT for the development of interfaces with these enterprise software systems. To enhance collection and management of immigration data, Windstar acquired VisaManager™ in 1998 from Education Catalysts. VisaManager™, which creates completed immigration forms and reports for foreign national students, exchange visitors, and temporary workers, interfaces with the International Tax Navigator™ to provide immigration data used in the tax analyses.
