Introducing InSite a new product from INCODE which encompasses Internet website DEVELOPMENT, HOSTING & INTEGRATION.

INCODE Internet Services can provide everything your city needs to get a website up and running quickly, reliably and within your budget.

All development is done in a manner that makes creating changes easy and allows your city to post information to the Internet without our assistance. This will be useful if you want to post items that are continually changing or to add new items. For instance if you might post items for the community such as:

• Job Opportunities
• Important Numbers

INCODE can host your site on our reliable, secure, high performance web servers. Your city will get its own website address (www.yourcity.state).

If your city has already developed a website, INCODE can begin hosting it (some pre-requisites apply), or can link to it if needed (see Integration). Our services are designed to be as flexible as possible to meet your needs.

InSite as a website and web hosting service, offers the added feature of integration with other INCODE products and services.

For example, Utility Billing On-Line is a service which allows your city’s utility customers to access information such as the most recent bill information, transaction history, copies of previous bills, graphed consumption history, and address information. Customer may also pay utility bills online using major credit cards. Proper security is provided similar to websites that offer banking online.

You can benefit through this integration by allowing the “system” to perform certain functions for you. When customers submit service requests, the system can automatically create work orders or simply create a service request report. The system can automatically send preformatted email responses back to the customer based on the type of service request submitted. Thus, letting the customer know they are important and that their suggestions or needs will be acted upon.
