The AccuFund Accounting Suite includes General Ledger, basic Budgeting, Financial Reporting, Accounts Payable, Cash Receipts, Bank Reconciliation, Accounts Receivable, Inventory and Purchasing. All of these modules are in current release. Planned for release later this year are electronic requisition management, payroll and spreadsheet-integrated budget planning modules. The Financial Reporter provides both FASB and GASB compliant financial statements utilizing a classification system designed for maximum flexibility in meeting the reporting needs of the defined clients. Our goal was to create a product that could be sold and installed by a reseller for under $15,000, making it affordable for many nonprofits. With the AccuFund Suite we have accomplished this. according to Gordon Holfelder, Vice President.
The General Ledger account structure allows up to 256 characters divided into as many segments as required by the organization, and allows both numeric and alpha characters. Financial reporting can be for any period, and allows easy inception to date reporting across fiscal years for grant reporting purposes. Accounts Payable provides multiple banks, single check vendors and full production check printing. In the Accounts Receivable module organizations may bill client detail for third party billing purposes. The inventory module supports both central stores type ordering as will as retail ordering with cost of sale calculations.
