In the beginning, Synchronics worked directly with customers to develop personalized business systems. In 1983, we became an early leader in developing business software and began providing our software through local dealers.
Today, more than 300 authorized dealers worldwide provide personalized, local service to each of our customers. Synchronics software and services are used in more than 10,000 business locations, including “mom and pop” retailers, retailers with 100+ stores, wholesalers, multi-channel retailers, mail-order companies, and ecommerce retailers.
Because we have paid attention to your needs and to changing technology, Synchronics has grown steadily and significantly through the years – from a handful of employees in the early 1980s to more than 50 team members – all dedicated to developing new products and services and to improving our current offerings.
