TIW began in 1983 as a custom software developer. Today TIW sells and supports sophisticated accounting and manufacturing software. TIWs emphasis is on development. New version releases occur regularly and each incorporates new features.
To support it’s products, TIW offers what many regard as the best technical support in the industry. Approximately 90% of inbound calls are answered immediately by technical support personnel. Callbacks, when required, average about fifteen minutes.
TIW offers various product training courses throughout the United States. Many clients send employees to these seminars on annual basis in order to keep their workforce up to date with the latest technology.
