Our Company's History
Our company was founded as Smith Data Processing in 1959 by James Smith Jr. of our parent company, JM Smith Corporation.

The company evolved from providing batch processing services for government and businesses to creating, distributing and maintaining over 50 separate software products for local government agencies.

Today, QS/1 Governmental Solutions is backed by QS/1, an industry-leading technology company with more than 550 employees.
