The system facilitates Just In Time Auto-Replenishment by optimizing the available merchandise based on multiple variables and your business needs including automatic adjustment for seasonality.
b)Customer Relationship Management
TOTAL RETAIL® provides Customer Relationship Management with customer demographics and purchase history detail with support for mailings, frequent buyer and third party loyalty programs such as AirMiles.
CRM lets you provide specified rewards and/or pricing to Preferred Customers with benefits such as:
- Promotional event discount pricing (can be for Preferred Customers only)
- Specified item discount pricing
- Selected item preferred pricing
- Ability to accrue points for every dollar spent:
- Redeem points for gift certificates
- Redeem points to be applied to 3rd party loyalty program, e.g. *American Airlines AADVANTAGE®, AirMiles® * Trademarks of respective owners
c)Status Inquiry
Look up of product availability chainwide or by location. Drill down by item by location for details of customer commitments and/or open Purchase Orders related to the individual item by location.
d)Order Entry/Corporate Gifting
Within OE, associates can assign multiple “Ship To” locations for a single order/invoice, e.g. corporate gifting. The system generates a single invoice but multiple Picking/Packing/Shipping Labels. Reporting is maintained by order with full distribution detail. The operator can verify quantity ordered and shipped within the order.
e)TOTAL RETAIL® POS
Fully integrated POS transaction processing with available touchscreen from single lane specialty to high volume checkout with a choice of batch PC POS or an interactive, real-time point of sale application running in industry standard Local Area Network (LAN) or Wide Area Network (WAN) using TCP/IP over Ethernet, frame relay, Datapac, microwave or the Internet.
