The Sales Order Module is very straight forward and logical in how it processes data - it provides quick data validation, links to other modules to lookup data quickly and to be able to answer questions from your customers while on the phone.
It provides complete Sales Order processing, Credit check on entry save, Part Detail provides access to Inventory levels with button click, link to drawings/images of products and Parts Master.
Default values prefed as much as possible from Customer, Parts Master and related tables to speed data entry.
Line Detail allows for multiple ship dates per line if required. Upon actual shipment, the date and ship number is also logged to the line detail allowing multiple shipments per line.
