Infor VISUAL Directions is a CBT (Computer Based Training) tool for your employees. It complements the on-site training you receive during implementation, and can be used after implementation to bring new users up to speed more quickly.
This CD-ROM based, multimedia training aid presents important concepts and details the procedures for using the system in an interactive environment that involves the user in the learning process. Narrated demonstrations guide the user through important tasks and illustrate shortcuts that facilitate data entry.
VCR-like controls for demonstration permit the user to toggle between a specific lesson and the actual window. Optional “detours” provide links to related information allowing the user to see the interrelationship of components within the system.
