A standard module in JAMIS, this flexible single-or multi-company G/L system is fully integrated with all other modules. Every accounting transaction updates the G/L without requiring you to input any data a second time. The flexibility in this system includes user-defined accounting periods and financial statements, as well as accounting control over open and closed periods.
The JAMIS system allows Job Cost and General Ledger to carry completely different levels of detail and permits each to use its own structure for roll-up and financial reporting. This module handles automatic recurring entries and automatic reversing entries for accruals. User-defined financial statements fulfill your unique reporting requirements.
