Mobile Data for Field Technicians

Mobile Data for Field Technicians enables technicians to receive assigned calls from dispatch (in the VMS Service Management application) on a PocketPC in the field. The technician is able to time stamp travel and job start times, view customer equipment information, view equipment service history, enter what was done to resolve the problem, enter parts used, capture the customer's signature, and bill in the field if desired.
