Asset Management

The Asset Management module does more than calculate depreciation and track physical locations of assets. It includes a fully automated services component that tracks all activity — maintenance work, repairs, etc. — associated with equipment, furniture and facilities.

Specifically, the Assets module enables you to:

• Track the entire lifecycle of the asset from time of requisition through the delivery, warehousing, and use to disposal.
• Determine an accurate total cost of ownership for each asset
• Track leases and tranfers
• Schedule, record and monitor maintenance activities, including repairs, upgrades and warranties all in one automated system
• Calculate depreciation, choosing from multiple types of calculations
• Produce electronic work orders for service on an asset
• Invoice vendors electronically for services performed on an asset
• Produce complete audit trails for each asset
