Work order entry program. For easy access the Work Order Entry has been placed on the Main Menu so work orders can be entered as your working in other Bluegrass programs. All calls are initialed so that nothing slips through the cracks. Date and time of call along with the user code of the person taking the call. Complete Service History, credit status, customer and service location information can be viewed by the touch of a button- no more searching for folders while the customer holds. Work orders can be printed, in advance, as they come in. Previously entered work orders are always available-they can be viewed and reprinted at any time. Work orders can be printed to stock paper or custom forms. Bluegrass offers multiple formats with customization available.
