Printed Work Order/QC Instructions for Formula Batches
- ProcessPro prints the batch ticket work order with a list of ingredients needed and in the order that they are mixed.
- This includes easy following mixing instructions, which print within the ingredient list.
- QC (quality control) instructions follow the mixing instructions, showing QC tests required with acceptable ranges and target values.
- The ingredient unit of measure is converted to match your metering device.
- Available lot numbers and bin locations also print for each ingredient.
- Common customer needs for the same item are grouped together on one work order.
- Packaged goods work orders list all customer orders with any special instructions (optional).
Bill of Lading
- The BOL conforms to DOT (Dept of Transportation) format.
- The DOT hazardous description automatically prints out for hazardous items.
- Drop shipments will appear as if they are coming from your customer.
Finite Shop Floor Scheduler
- The system compares the capacity of mixing and packaging equipment to the requested production need dates.
- Equipment is scheduled according to the work order need dates.
Communication Between Sales & Manufacturing
- ProcessPro stores special instructions about the customer and the customer’s products in its system.
- These instructions automatically appear during a sales order entry and flow through to the plant work order and sales picking ticket. This provides accurate and timely communications between sales, manufacturing and shipping.
