Financial Statements and Analysis. After all, if you can’t get financial information from your application, what good does it do? Timely, accurate information designed to meet the needs of process manufacturer’s. That’s PFM.

From the beginning, Data Management designed and authored all modules of PFM, including the General Ledger. You will never have to worry what modules were put together from different author’s to create a package. All modules are seamless and work together to create the financial information you need to make informed business decisions. Design styles are consistent throughout.

Budgets may be created for each account for current, historical, and future years. The Budget Worksheet allows you to quickly create new budgets based on information already in the system.

PFM allows you to have 60 periods defined. One period is always set as the “active” period. PFM allows you to create transactions in the active period and in future periods. Access to prior periods is available provided the user has the access authority to do this. Periods and years are not closed, so you can easily make adjustments when needed.

Where required, PFM automatically creates journals to the General Ledger module. Each module produces it’s own journal for your review. General Journals can also be entered directly into the General Ledger Module. Features such as recurring entries and auto reversing entries are standard.

PFM allows you to create as many financial statement formats as needed. Designs can vary for each format defined.

PFM’s General Ledger provides many reports designed to help you make informed decisions. Reports always provide sort and selection criteria allowing you to choose a variety of reporting capabilities Reports include:
