General Ledger is at the core of the Data Plus system. All modules feed data to General Ledger automatically regardless of their individual fiscal period. Dollar balances, statistics balances, and an unlimited number of budget types are maintained.

Daily Revenue can be tracked by day internally or using data from any of the many interfaces we have. Allocations, Standard Journal Entries, and Recurring Transactions are all supported. A sophisticated Financial Statement Generator allows flexibility in the formatting of financial reports.

Multi property capabilities allow an almost unlimited number of properties to be supported in one database or consolidated from multiple locations.
