Trax General Ledger supports an unlimited combination of business units and multiple currencies. It handles user-definable entry types; quantity and statistical posting for non-dollar reporting; user-definable statements for unlimited years; automatic diagnostics; easy, powerful consolidations and eliminations; a centralized chart of accounts; and account summarization codes. Sentai General Ledger includes budgeting tools and interfaces with spreadsheet programs. The system supports 4, 12, 13, 26, or 52 accounting periods, with a reserved adjustment period. Unlimited fiscal years may be open simultaneously, and parameters control the closing of accounting periods.
