The Cost Module allows you to create, review, approve, and manage budgets, in one centralized location. This module also gives you advanced financial and audit control features, to help you comply with federal and state regulations, as well as corporate compliance requirements. e-Builder will automatically document database transactions and generate reports. This module will allow you to identify past costs, commitments, and changes as a project progresses. Furthermore, the forecasting features allow you to accurately predict the cost-to-complete and cash flow needs.
With the Cost Module you will also be able to quickly access project cost summaries across one or more projects. Within each project summary you can drill down into detailed information with links to project documents.
e-Builder will also be of use to you in the project planning and budget creation phase. The system leverages existing data from completed projects for accurate planning of future projects. Review and approval is documented using e-Builder’s process tools for future reference.
