Reporting
F9 consists of many features, all contributing to the optimization of your reporting processes. A list of said features can be seen below:
- Report Wizards - allow you to create fully formatted financial reports from a blank spreadsheet in seconds. The wizards allow your staff memebers to point and click their way to a finished financial report automatically.
- Report Auditing - allows you to analyze a multi-company, multi-department, multi-month report and see which accounts are missing or duplicated
- Information Mining - any amount of data can be used to create reports and do analysis. The Hotlink technology in F9, gives you instant access to your General Ledger data.
- Reporting Dates - F9 gives you the ability to report on any date range (regardless of fiscal period).
- Executive Information Systems - Using macros, Visual Basic, and Dialog boxes in Ecel you can create a customized Executive Information System that rivals any solution on the market today
- Drill Down - gives you the ability to analyze any balance by the carious account code segments or General Transactions that created them.
- Consolidation - allows you to consolidate general ledgers that do not share the same accounts tructures, or are from different accounting systems
- Production Reporting - allows you to create a full-featured production reporting interface, hence giving you the ability to create consistent reports on a monthly, weekly, or daily basis.
