The Time & Attendance module allow you to monitor all employee times, better manage payroll processing and expenses, and help you construct a schedule easily. You are able to view all unproductive time (lunch, breaks, tardiness, etc.) and monitor that it is not excessively used. Additionally, all information is automatically transferred to payroll processing, increasing efficiency and decreasing the errors associated with manual data entry. The scheduling features of this module allow you to easily manage all exceptions (holidays, vacations, meetings, training & certification programs, etc.). The Time & Attendance module will also provide you with productivity information, and an unlimited productivity history. |
