Inventory Manager

Numismatics Inventory Manager gives you, the coin dealer, a wide array of capabilities when managing your coins. You can maintain a full history of every coin, tracking it's movements and activities, purchase, grading submissions, and check-ins when returned from grading. This product also enables the easy receiving and selling of coins by allowing you to use and assign bar codes to your coins. This program uses a two-tier information structure comprised of a coin-category tier that groups coins with the same characteristics (description, denomination, origin, mint, variety, and type. The second tier holds information on the individual coins in your inventory, identified by physical conditions, costs, prices, and barcode. Searches for coins can be performed by searching either tier of information; searching can additionally be done by denominations, year, country, grading cycle, and many other characteristics. Numismatics Inventory Manager allows you to apply thumbnail pictures to all coins. This product also automatically generates ills or purchase receipts when receiving coins; and automatically generates sales receipts for the sale of coins. When submitting your coins for grading you are able to print detailed submission forms, with automatic/one-click population of many fields. This product also comes with a database containing coin inventories from the Professional Coin Grading Service and the Numismatic Guaranty Corporation. The integration into QuickBooks automates the generation of bills and sales receipts; as well as enables easier item entry and inventory management. Finally, this product allows you to generate the following reports for your coins: aging, inventory, tracking, and sales reports.
