All 4Q applications link to 4Q's patented AP module. 4Q's AP options include:

allocation to open items from cash, sale, purchase order, and invoice entry screens
on-screen management of individual AP accounts and all items related to them
assignement of up to 10 levels of debt seniority
modification of all past allocations whether posted or not
review and payment of all outstanding items by due date, debt priority, or other criteria
creation of recurring AP items on various schedules
unlimited number of separate AP journals
administrator control over what users have access to which AP accounts

4Q's AP system does not require the use of 4Q's Vendor module. Using 4Q's Web Service & API's you can create your own add-on Vendor Produrement System, linked to 4Q's AP module without needing 4Q's source code.
