Budgeting Control

The ObjAcct Budget Control module performs the functions necessary to control business expenditures by issuing warnings or preventing the entry of purchases that will exceed budget amounts by a fixed amount or percentage.

Purchases that result in total expenditures greater than the allocated budget amounts are placed on a budget hold status and users with proper authority can override the budget controls and release the purchase for processing.
