Customers receive the optimum alternative with respect to requirements, properties and prices. Products and related information can be visualized by using photos, videos, drawings and other media. Configurations are built incrementally, either via a product advisor's series of questions that define customer requirements or by using drag-and-drop techniques, in which the available options are displayed and used to assemble the desired product step by step.
