Equipment Rental tracks the rental process for equipment-only rentals. Equipment Rental produces rental quotes, bookings, agreements and invoices. An on-rental/of-rental process is available with full “stand down” support. Rental invoices can be dined on the per-rental agreement basis (in advance, periodic or at time of off-rental). Consumables from inventory can be added to a rental agreement and wither bill as part of normal rental invoicing or bill separately. Equipment Rental automatically calculates all taxes and insurance amounts can be integrated with the Equipment Transport module to manage rental equipment delivery charges.
