It provides the user with a comprehensive record of each piece of Equipment. Equipment Manager is the main module in Equipment Management Series. It provides the user with a comprehensive record of the each piece of equipment including the following:
- Full details of acquisition, maintenance cost, service history
- Complete equipment descriptions including current condition, options available and selected, equipment attributes and pictures
- Operating Log which can be manually maintained or updated through service work orders
- Rental income and expense details including gross profit calculation, summarized by Rental Agreement number, current period, year to date and life to date
- Sales pricing including minimum markup calculations and what if analysis
- Sales Income and expense details including gross profit calculation
- Transport and location tracking
- Seamless integration with Microsoft Great Plains Fixed Assets
- Attachment module allowing for attachment transfers from and back to stock, and swaps between pieces of equipment
