Document Management
The Document Management module allows users to store, retrieve and attach files of virtually any format to the service call, location, customer record, maintenance contract, equipment records and many other fields. Anyone on the system can have easy access to the documents at any time. The ability to respond immediately or supply requested information to the customer, especially when you are on the phone, improves customer satisfaction and reduces call backs. You can forward a copy of a contract or any of the requested documents by e-mail, fax or print and mail a copy.
