• Calendar shows all appointments, activities and “to do” lists. Calendars for each team member are available to the team to schedule group functions
• Notes allows each user to record notes (from conversations or emails or simply ideas) to enter at a later point in the relevant activity fields
• Scratch Pad: Each user has their own Scratch Pad to enter notes and ideas
• Store Personal Contacts: Your employees can store not only their company contacts, but their personal contacts as well – friends, family doctors, etc. Access personal information without having to leave XE-700 or use an external contact software package
• Email: Emails can be sent within XE, eliminating the need for Outlook or other external email utilities
• Response/Next Action allows user to set and track continued action for leads, customers, campaigns, Projects and other follow-up activities

• Activities in XE700 can be associated to customer, contact, contract, vendor, and/or Project and Work Order. Normal activity/reminder modules can only be tied to a contact. XE700 improves efficiencies by creating an audit trail of all activities associated to a contact, project, or campaign. This gives management the ability to track true hidden costs and inefficiencies in the company.
