- Option #1 (Generate Laser Forms): With this option you can print forms W2 Copy A and W3 in black and white on plain paper. This eliminates the need for buying the red-ink versions of these forms and calibrating the printer to print in the boxes properly! This is an optional feature available for $20 only, other vendors charge more than $70 for this capability. W2 Mate was approved by the SSA (Social Security Administration) in order to support this feature.
