Each individual has a section in his/her file for re-occurring expenses. Once these amounts are entered, re-occurring expenses are posted with the touch of a single key.

There a number of reports available with the module. In addition to printing monthly statements, the operator can track expenses by type, date of charge, and many others. The module is also connected to the listing and sold/pending files. This feature enables the operator to track expenses by property or contract.
