Budgeting and Forecasting

Yardi Budgeting and Forecasting gives you the ability to create accurate budget projections. The module integrates with Yardi Property Management and allows you to produce budget worksheets based on details from actual tenant leases. Budget worksheets display on the screen in a standard spreadsheet format, which the user can easily navigate to modify data and report information. Budgeting and Forecasting also includes additional capabilities to generate CPI and CAM projections for your budgets. Budgeting and Forecasting is an optional add-on feature of the Yardi suite of property management software. Rather than having a separate database, Budgeting and Forecasting interfaces with, and shares the database of the primary program, Enterprise Property Management. This allows the client to use data from actual transactions to create and compare budget projections.
