This is a stand alone Stock Room sub-system for companies that have part stock rooms that are not connected to their internal network and have a high volume of parts being used to repair machines. This is a stand alone version that provides a way for the stock room to request product orders, receive those orders, update part costs, relieve parts inventory on request of service technicians, and track usage.
The system allows for multiple vendors per part with the first one listed being the default or preferred vendor for purchases. Pricing can be updated by receipt process, with proper security level.
Set up employees which can access the system, including password protection.
