The Tool Room module allows for entry and tracking of items, parts, and use of those items used in production outside of the normal system. The costs and inventory required in the tool stock area is a significant cost and needs to be tracked in a different manner than normal production.
Menu items in this module include the ability to set up specific tool room accounts, enter inventory including reorder points, minimum order quantity, Min/Max Inventory levels and location. Also included is the ability to kit the tool items.
The Tool Room also has its own PO system to track the order of replacement tools, dies, and other parts. The history of the parts on PO's is easily reviewed via the PO History form. Also included is the Tool Receipt Entry form to receive items into specified locations by PO.
